SharePoint 2010 PowerShell Functions
In preparing to sit the 70-667 exam, I put together a Mindjet MindManager Mind map of the different commands to help me try to learn better than just reading the stuff over and over again. I’ve prepared this Mind map based on the Microsoft Technet article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee890108.aspx.
Within the Mind map, the PowerShell commands are organised by function and at this point only each function has a link to the corresponding Technet article page. You can expand each function within the Mind map to see the cmdlets available. Expand the cmdlet again to see the description.
You can right-click on the Mind map elements within the map and control the view so you can either collapse topics or show levels:
You can also use the controls in the bottom left corner to control the zoom level, fit the map to display, centre the map, focus on a selected topic or search the content:
At the moment, Mindjet MindManager produces this as SWF output so it is not available for use on iOS devices. The SWF file is accessible via my public Dropbox here:
For iOS devices, I’ll share the Mind map itself:
Which can be opened and viewed with the free iOS app:
I hope to further update the Mind map in the next week so that links are available to all cmdlets.Back to top
