Yesterday, I came across a post by Ben Tedder: http://www.bentedder.com/freebie-sharepoint-document-navigator-1-0-built-wjquery-mobile-and-spservices/ outlining a solution that he has developed and made available on Codeplex. The solution is currently free and is built using: SPServices jQuery Mobile OOTB SharePoint 2010 features This solution can be used to present the content of a Document Library on a mobile device.
I found this issue whilst testing some of the SharePoint applications and thought I would share details of it to raise awareness of the issue. So far, I’m not sure whether this falls to Apple or Microsoft to fix; maybe both need to do something.
